Testimonials

Over the years, I have been to quite a few different Iyengar yoga teachers.

Some have been too tough and some too easy.

But in my experience, Pamela is not one or the other. She is disciplined but kind and accommodating of each persons difficulties, and she gets us to be mindful of the inner life of the movements, carefully talking us through how to manage ourselves and our bodies. - Freda

Pamela has taught me how to prioritise the art of Iyengar yoga.

Having Pamela as my teacher for over 22 years, has not only assisted me in appreciating the historical sense of Iyengar yoga, but has also taught me to understand the importance of surrendering into its presence.

Pamela continuously challenges me with an intense variety of poses as she attempts to teach me how to unite my body with my mind! That intensity, at times, has been a real challenge but I have always completed my classes with feeling a sense of wholeness. Whether that’s my imagination or not, I’m always happier.  - Beth
