8 Week Beginner Introductory Courses 2012
Beginner students can attend any of the beginner casual classes on our regular timetable however the introductory courses can be a very supportive way to get started. They are designed to systematically introduce you to the essential elements of a yoga practice. This provides a stable foundation from which you can safely progress to higher levels of ability and understanding. The courses involve one night a week for eight weeks and bookings are essential.
The cost of the 8 week course is $144 or $130 concession.
All courses are conducted Monday nights between 8:00 and 9:30pm.
Monday 6th February to Monday 2nd April
Monday 16th April to Monday 4th June
Monday 16th July to Monday 3rd September
Monday 8th October to Monday 26th November
10 Week Beginner Transition Courses 2012
Once a student has completed the introductory course they can consolidate their learning in the 10 week Beginner Transition Course. This course will
further develop the students understanding of the essential elements of yoga practice in preparation for their transition to other casual classes and workshops. Bookings are essential for the course.
Students can attend on a casual basis if numbers permit but attendance must be confirmed by phone prior to class.
The cost of the 10 week transition course is $180 or $160 concession.
All courses are conducted Wednesday nights between 8:00 and 9:30pm.
Wednesday 1st February to Wednesday 4th April
Wednesday 18th April to Wednesday 27th June
Wednesday 18th July to Wednesday 19th September
Wednesday 10th October to Wednesday 12th December
